CA. Rakesh Goyal is the founding partner of the firm ‘Rakesh K. Goyal & Co.’ His professional practice began in 1987 as a Sole Proprietorship in the name of “Rakesh K. Goyal & Co.” and later on the Firm was converted into a Partnership Firm.

He has extensive experience of over 30 years in the field of Audit & Assurance, Project Financing, Industrial Advisory, Taxation matters and Company Law.

He is a subject matter expert on SEZ Rules & Regulations. He has been instrumental in obtaining Industrial Permissions and establishing SEZ Units & EOU Units for the client by leveraging his expertise.

• Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks – ICAI 2015
• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1987
• B.Com.

• He heads the Audits & Income Tax Advisory of Corporate and Non-Corporate clients in diverse Industry segments.
• He has been proactively involved in the project implementation of 70+ Manufacturing Units in Industrial Areas and in Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
• He has a commendable experience in corporate advisories and project financing, raising long term and short term debt amounting to Rs. 1000 Crores (approx).
• His deep client engagement has helped the Firm to earn recognition in corporate finance and advisory services.
• He also carries with him the experience of conducting Statutory, Concurrent & Revenue Audit of Bank Branches and Stock Audit for various Nationalised & Private Banks.
