• He actively handles Company Law matters & related Compliances, Secretarial Audit, and other Corporate Consultancy Services.
• He holds good experience of Statutes like RERA, Stamp Act, Securities Laws, Labour Laws, amongst others.
• He looks after Company Formation, Company Share Transfer and Corporate Restructuring like conversion of Company to LLP and vice-versa.
• He also carries with him experience of XBRL e-filing involving Conversion and filing of Financial Statements of the Company in XBRL.
• He is involved in preparation of applications for availing benefits under different Government schemes including MEIS.
• He overlooks ROC Matters and maintenance of Statutory Records.
